Lauren focuses on supporting postnatal mums and women in their 40s. These women are often experiencing pain, fatigue, or just not feeling like themselves.Blizard Fitness helps them build strength that fits their body and life. No quick fixes, no one-size-fits-all plans.Lauren is a mum herself. After her own experience with postnatal pain and feeling disconnected from her body, she set out to learn how to rebuild her strength in a way that actually worked. Now, she helps other women do the same, through movement, education, and long-term support.
