These women are often experiencing pain, fatigue, or just not feeling like themselves.Blizard Fitness helps them build strength that fits their body and life. No quick fixes, no one-size-fits-all plans.Lauren is a mum herself. After her own experience with postnatal pain and feeling disconnected from her body, she set out to learn how to rebuild her strength in a way that actually worked. Now, she helps other women do the same, through movement, education, and long-term support.
